The Whole Meal website, is provided by The Whole Meal Company Limited (The Whole Meal, we or us). Your use of the Website and the services provided through the Website is subject to these terms and conditions (Terms). By using the Website you represent that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
The Whole Meal
We offer a fresh cooked, Whole Food Plant Based meal with no/low added fat. No or very little oil will be used in the cooking process. Natural fat from whole natural ingredients like coconut, avocados, soybean, etc. will be present. Only Stainless steel and Ceramic coated cookware will be used to prevent aluminum contamination. Menu will change daily. Only one whole meal choice is offered per day. One meal serves one adult. You can choose or select a day that offers a meal or cuisine of your taste. This will be offered or available to view, two weeks prior on our website.
All of our products may contain gluten, peanuts and soybean, tree nuts and sesame seeds. Please indicate in the Special Request section at check out if you have any allergies.
The Whole Meal Insulated Container
Please DO NOT put the supplied container in a Microwave, Oven or Dishwasher. Please heat the supplied dinner in a microwave or oven safe dish. If the container provided is damaged, a $30 charge will be credited from your credit card. We will notify you if that is the case.The Whole Meal will be delivered in an insulated leak-proof stainless steel box with 4 separate containers in a thermal cover. Food is cooked fresh on the day, cooled and filled in the 4 containers.
This meal consists of
Nutritious Main ( Vegetables with some carbohydrates, protein etc.) – Approx. 400gms
Carbohydrates (High fibre whole food) like bread/ rice/pasta – Approx. 175gms
Delicious Side (Vegetable and grain based) like patty, fritters etc. – Approx. 175gms
Filling salad (With beans, leaves and other veges) – Approx. 100gms
This dinner is sufficient for one adult. After consumption, simply leave the clean, dry box with the cover at delivery point. This will be swapped with a new filled meal box. (freshly cooked)
If you no longer choose to order meals from The Whole Meal, you may courier return the box to our kitchen or we can pick it up when we are in your area at a time agreed and suitable to both. Contact us by email at to organize this. If we do not hear from you in two weeks, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable pick up time or the containers may have to be sent back to our kitchen at your own cost.
Ordering subscription dinners
The Whole Meal provides a subscription service. This means that when you order a subscription dinner through the Website, your order will be repeated each week until you end your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
You can place your subscription on hold, reactivate your subscription or end your subscription by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive that notification no later than two business days prior to the date that you want your subscription to be put on hold, to be reactivated, or to end.
Prices for products are listed on the Website. All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and delivery cost. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, provided that we will let you know of the price change at least eight days before the price change is to take effect.
Payment for your first dinner is due two business days prior to your first delivery date. You must provide a valid credit card number as part of your order. By placing the order you authorise us to charge your credit card to pay for your dinner in accordance with these Terms. Please note that this process is the same for every day that you have ordered a dinner. Every meal ordered is charged individually to your credit card. Please note that Paypal. Inc. does not accept AMEX cards. Apologies for the inconvenience.
An initial order confirmation will be sent following your first order from the WIX restaurant app. If any charge to your credit card is declined your delivery will be withheld for the scheduled delivery that the payment relates to.
Each order must include an address to which the order is to be delivered (Delivery Point). The Whole Meal delivers to East and Central, West and North Auckland.
East Auckland covers Cockle Bay, Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Farm Cove, Flat bush, Bucklands beach, East Tamaki, up to Panmure.
Deliveries cannot be made to buildings with restricted access or security requirements.
You must ensure that the Delivery Point is free of hazards and otherwise safe for our delivery person to enter and make the delivery. If, in our reasonable opinion, the Delivery Point is difficult or unsafe to access, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If no suitable alternative arrangements can be made and we do not deliver the meal, you will not be entitled to a refund.
We will always aim to deliver your order between 4-7pm on the week day the meal is ordered for. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis.
If we consider that your meal is likely to be significantly delayed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time frame. If no alternative time frame can be agreed, you may reject the meal and we will credit you with the cost of it. We may, at our discretion, credit your credit card.
We will make every effort to ensure that we make our products from fresh, quality ingredients and deliver them in accordance with these Terms.
If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with the meal/service, please send us your feedback/complaints/recommendations/suggestions by email at email@example.com.
If we agree that a product was delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, we will endeavor to provide you with a satisfactory outcome. We may, at our discretion, credit your credit card or reduce your next payment by the value of the credit or provide a replacement meal.
You agree that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or in breach of the above Terms. You will not interfere with or damage the operation of the Website or any of our systems in any way, including by way of a virus, software or program, corrupted file or otherwise.
In the following circumstances we will offer you a full/part refund in to your nominated bank account:
1. We are unable to deliver your meal to you for some reason.
2. The meal arrived later than 7pm. (Part refund)
3. Incorrect charge on your credit card. (refund the difference)
4. Perishable food items are purchased 1-2 days in advance and cooked fresh on the day. Cooled and filled in to insulated leak proof containers. We pride ourselves of best practice hygiene and cleanliness standards. However if the meal is spoilt (quality of edibility is reduced) at the time it arrives, we will endeavour to resolve the matter with a refund or replacement meal. Proof of spoilage is necessary.*
